Sarah and Sparky Marquis are the Winemakers and owners of MollyDooker. This blend is named for Sarah and Sparky’s dancing ability as two left-handers; Sarah loves dancing and Sparky loves dancing on Sarah’s feet.
One of the intriguing things about these wines are that they are bottled with a shot of nitrogen, to displace the oxygen and keep the wine as fresh as possible.
